Our Journey to Bethlehem Nativity was designed to be used as an advent countdown. As each new day is begun, the candle can be moved one spot forward, with Joseph and Mary following closely behind. Baby Jesus, in the manger, is placed in the middle. It is a unique decoration to celebrate the coming of Jesus.
The pathway is crafted from walnut, a North American hardwood. The manger is cut from western cedar and Joseph and Mary are cut from aromatic red cedar.
The candle requires two AA batteries. The batteries are not included.
I liked it so much I have ordered 2 more for Christmas gifts. Very unique.

The Journey to Bethlehem Advent path is well-crafted of beautiful wood with smooth edges. It deserves to be the centerpiece of a dining table during Advent. The single battery operated candle and carefully hand-cut figure of Jospeh leading the donkey carrying a very pregnant Mary from Nazareth to Bethlehem adds to the specialness of this item.
A very nice wood piece. Will be displaying it next Christmas, as I ordered too late for this year. I believe this a very good home business. Will buy again.
